By shopping with Brute Wellness, you agree to these terms. Our products are natural wellness supplements — not medicines. Pricing is set per product at time of order and may change without notice. We accept both pay-before-delivery and pay-on-delivery depending on the payment option available at checkout. You have a 30-day refund window. We communicate via WhatsApp by default when you order.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Brute Wellness website at brutewellness.com, placing an order, or communicating with us via WhatsApp, phone, or any other channel, you confirm that you:

- Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service

Brute Vitality Ltd (trading as Brute Wellness) is a Nigerian wellness company dedicated to developing and distributing premium natural supplements. Our mission is to create honest, science-backed wellness products for everyday people — a range that will continue to grow over time.
3 Products & Descriptions
Brute Vitality Ltd develops and sells a range of natural wellness supplements. We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, dosage, and expected benefits. However, the following applies to all products across our range:
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
- Ingredient formulations may be updated from time to time. The label on the product you receive is always the most accurate reference.
- Supplement facts and benefit claims are based on ingredient research and customer feedback. Individual results will vary.

4 Ordering & Payment
Payment Methods
Brute Vitality Ltd accepts both pay-before-delivery and pay-on-delivery options, depending on availability at the time of checkout. The payment method applicable to your order will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
- Pay Before Delivery: Full payment is made at checkout via bank transfer, card, or any other payment method provided. Your order is processed and dispatched upon confirmed receipt of payment.
- Pay on Delivery: Where available, you may choose to pay in cash (Naira) to the delivery agent at the time your package arrives. Orders placed under this option may be subject to confirmation by our sales team before dispatch.
ℹ️ Payment options may vary by location, product, or order value and are subject to change. The option available to you at the time of order is the applicable one for that transaction.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS from Brute Wellness. Placing an order alone does not guarantee stock availability until confirmation is sent.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at support@brutewellness.com or via WhatsApp. Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies (see Section 7). For prepaid orders, cancellations before dispatch will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days.
5 Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are set per product and per package option, and are clearly displayed on the relevant product page at the time of your order.
⚠️ Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time your order is placed and confirmed by Brute Vitality Ltd. If a price changes after your order is confirmed, the original confirmed price stands.
Each product in our range is available in single-unit and bundle pricing options where applicable. Bundle pricing offers a reduced per-unit cost and represents better long-term value. Current prices for all available products and packages are listed on their respective product pages at brutewellness.com.
Delivery fees, where applicable, are communicated separately at checkout or during order confirmation and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
📌 We reserve the right to run time-limited promotional pricing, discounts, or bundle offers at our discretion. Promotional prices are not guaranteed to be extended and apply only for the stated period or while stocks last.
6 Delivery
Brute Vitality Ltd delivers across all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
- Delivery timeline: Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delivery fees: Where applicable, delivery fees will be clearly communicated at checkout or during order confirmation. Free delivery promotions may be offered from time to time.
- Accurate address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Brute Vitality Ltd is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- Failed delivery: If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful on two occasions, the package may be returned. A re-delivery fee may apply.
- Availability: For pay-on-delivery orders, you agree to be available to receive your package and make payment. Repeated unavailability may result in order cancellation.
7 Returns & Refunds
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Brute Vitality Ltd offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee across our product range. If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
Conditions for Refund
- Refund request must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
- Contact us via support@brutewellness.com or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
- Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to your original payment method or bank account within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Products damaged due to misuse, or requests made after 30 days, are not eligible for refund.
- Promotional or bundle pricing does not affect your right to request a refund within the 30-day window.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9 WhatsApp Communications
By placing an order with Brute Vitality Ltd, you consent to receiving communications from us via WhatsApp, including:
- Order confirmation and status updates
- Delivery notifications and payment reminders
- Post-purchase follow-up messages
- Marketing and promotional messages (you may opt out at any time by replying "STOP")

10 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, brand names, product names, graphics, and page layouts — is the intellectual property of Brute Vitality Ltd and is protected under Nigerian copyright and trademark law.

11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Brute Vitality Ltd shall not be liable for:

- Any health outcomes resulting from use or misuse of our supplements
- Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control
- Losses arising from inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer
- Technical issues, errors, or downtime on our website
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.
12 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Brute Wellness website or services to:
- Place fraudulent, fake, or malicious orders
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Disrupt or interfere with our website or services in any way
- Reproduce or distribute our proprietary content without authorisation
- Resell Brute Wellness products commercially without prior written agreement with Brute Vitality Ltd

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Brute Wellness services shall be resolved as follows:
- First: Contact us at support@brutewellness.com to resolve the matter informally. We commit to responding within 5 business days.
- Second: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before escalating to litigation.
- Third: Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
14 Changes to These Terms
Brute Vitality Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our business, operations, or legal obligations. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by law, we will notify existing customers via WhatsApp or email.
Your continued use of our website or services after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
