Data Deletion Request
You have the right to ask Brute Vitality Ltd to delete any personal data we hold about you — including your name, phone number, delivery address, and WhatsApp messages. Some financial and order records must be kept by law, but we will anonymise them so they cannot be linked back to you. Use the form below or email us at support@brutewellness.com.
What Data We Can Delete
The table below shows what personal data Brute Vitality Ltd holds and what can be deleted upon request:

📌 Legal retention: Certain financial records must be retained under Nigerian law regardless of deletion requests. When this applies, we anonymise your personal identifiers so the records cannot be traced back to you.
How to Submit a Request
You can request deletion of your data in two ways:
Email Us
Send a deletion request to support@brutewellness.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your full name and the phone number or email address associated with your account.
WhatsApp Request
Message us on our WhatsApp Business line and type "DELETE MY DATA". Our team will send a confirmation and begin the deletion process within 1 business day.
What Happens After You Request
Acknowledgement — within 24 hours
We send a confirmation that your request has been received, along with a unique reference number for tracking.
Identity Verification — 1–3 business days
We may ask you to verify your identity to confirm the data belongs to you. This protects against unauthorised deletion requests made by others.
Deletion — within 30 days
Your personal data is deleted from our active systems, CRM, WhatsApp logs, and marketing lists. Where legal retention applies, data is anonymised.
Final Confirmation
We send a completion notice summarising what was deleted and, if anything, what was retained and why.

Tell us what to remove — all account data, WhatsApp messages only, marketing data, or something specific. The more detail, the faster we can act.
📌 We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete it within 30 days. If any records must be retained by law, we will explain this clearly and anonymise your personal identifiers from those records.
WhatsApp Business API — Data Deletion
Brute Vitality Ltd uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API to manage customer communications. This section addresses data collected through our WhatsApp Business integration in compliance with Meta's platform requirements.
What WhatsApp Data We Hold
- Your WhatsApp phone number (used to initiate or receive messages)
- Message content from order and support conversations
- Message delivery and read status metadata
- Template message engagement data
How We Handle WhatsApp Deletion Requests
- Your phone number is removed from our WhatsApp contact list and CRM
- Conversation logs stored in our order management system are deleted
- You are unsubscribed from all future WhatsApp marketing messages
- Note: Meta/WhatsApp retains its own copy of messages on its infrastructure. To request deletion of data held by Meta directly, visit WhatsApp's privacy request page.
